Meet Paula Chirco-Swanson

My Real Estate career began 16 years ago as a Branch Manager for Downey Savings & Loan at age 21. Continuing my residential lending experience as a manager for Nations Bank and First Union National Bank in Northern California, I managed loan agents, loan processors and completed in-house appraisals.

In 1995, I relocated to Ventura County where I became the Business Development Officer for Montecito Bank and Trust, Commercial Lending Department. This lead me to obtaining my Real Estate license in 1997 and my Brokers license in 1999. I have since been successfully selling and leasing commercial properties as well as selling homes.

My strength and knowledge in the Real Estate industry has been an asset to my clients in addition to my customer service and contract negotiating skills.

Currently residing in Oxnard with my husband, Eric, a Financial Planner, our cats Suki and Shayla and dog Roxy, I continue to educate myself with all aspects of Real Estate. When I'm not working, I enjoy kick boxing, aerobics and weight lifting, in addition to home improvement and decorating projects.
